Please review the terms that govern our pool cleaning and setup services.

Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling, purchasing, or using services from Chlorine Crew ("Company," "we," "us"), you ("Customer," "you") agree to these Terms of Service. This agreement applies to all recurring and one-time services.

Services Provided

We provide residential and/or commercial pool services, including but not limited to:

  • Routine pool cleaning (skimming, brushing, vacuuming)
  • Chemical testing and balancing
  • Equipment inspection
  • Pool opening and closing
  • Green-to-clean treatments
  • Equipment repairs and installations

Specific services included will be outlined in your service plan or quote.

Service Scheduling

  • Recurring services are typically performed weekly unless otherwise agreed.
  • Service days may vary due to weather, holidays, or operational needs.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule services as necessary.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide safe and unobstructed access to the pool area
  • Ensure pets are secured during service visits
  • Maintain proper water levels
  • Notify us of any hazards or equipment issues

Failure to provide access may result in a service charge.

Payments & Billing

  • Payment is due according to your selected plan (monthly, per visit, or per project).
  • Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.
  • Additional services outside your plan will be billed separately.

Scope of Service

Routine service includes only items listed in your agreement. The following are not included unless specified:

  • Equipment repairs
  • Leak detection
  • Major cleanups or algae treatments
  • Filter deep cleaning

Additional work will require approval and may incur extra charges.

Chemicals & Water Treatment

  • We use professional-grade pool chemicals to maintain safe water conditions.
  • Customers may be charged for excessive chemical use due to neglect, weather, or abnormal conditions.
  • Swimming is not recommended immediately after chemical treatment.

Weather & Service Interruptions

  • Services may be delayed due to severe weather or unsafe conditions.
  • Missed services due to weather may be rescheduled or adjusted at our discretion.

Repairs & Equipment

  • Pool equipment is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
  • Repairs will not be performed without customer approval (unless pre-authorized).
  • The Company is not responsible for pre-existing equipment failures.

Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel service with 48 hours written notice.
  • No refunds will be issued for partially completed billing periods.
  • We reserve the right to terminate service for non-payment or unsafe conditions.

Liability Limitation

We are not liable for damage caused by:

  • Pre-existing conditions
  • Equipment failure
  • Acts of nature

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

Safety & Access

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

  • Conditions are unsafe
  • Access is restricted
  • Animals pose a risk

Communication

By using our services, you agree to receive:

  • Service notifications
  • Billing communications
  • Appointment updates via phone, email, or SMS

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
